Diffusing
Add 4 - 8 drops of your blend to your diffuser and run for 15 – 30 min
to see how you like the scent, but more importantly to see how you feel.
Use your ultrasonic diffuser on the intermittent setting or use the regular setting
for 30 – 60 minutes, 2 - 3 times per day. (You can also use a candle diffuser or a plug-in scent ball.)
